Prior to joining LegalBillReview.com, Ryan ran Innovative Data Solutions, a technology company specializing in automating ERP solutions and business systems for the manufacturing and wholesale distribution industry. As President of LegalBillReview.com, he guides the company’s strategic growth by marshaling an array of legal industry experts to increase transparency and simplicity in companies’ outside counsel expenses.
Dan Schneider
Principal
Dan Schneider is an entrepreneur specializing in growing and developing companies focusing on business-to-business services. He established a successful chain of retail mobile phone stores and an international wholesale mobile phone company before founding SIB Fixed Cost Reduction, a consulting firm that built a large and diverse client base, reviewing over $5 billion in expenses for organizations such as Walmart, Hyatt Hotels, Pep Boys, Marriott, and the American Red Cross. After 12 years leading SIB, he sold the company to private equity firm O2 Investment Partners. Since then, the company was acquired by Roark Capital, and Dan leverages his experience to guide strategy and optimize company operations.
Blake Watermeier
Chief Operating Officer
Blake Watermeier has over 20 years of leadership experience. Formerly instrumental in scaling operations for the hyper-growth of Frida, as well as having 13 years of experience with FedEx. He has worked in various industries, including retail, commercial and industrial supplies, travel, commercial print, and wholesale consumer goods. Blake's operational expertise spans business strategy, performance management, and building high thriving organizational teams. As the Chief Operating Officer at LegalBillReview.com, he oversees the success of driving business results through exceptional customer service and improved processes.

Brian Arbetter has over three decades of experience as lawyer and equity partner in several of the largest law firms in the US and world, including Baker McKenzie, Norton Rose Fulbright, Sheppard Mullin and Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp. He has expertise in a myriad of legal practice areas, including labor and employment, commercial contracts, litigation, transactions, regulatory, privacy, international and compliance, among others. He also has extensive experience in leadership of Bar and non-profit Boards. He is admitted in California, Illinois and New York and has practiced before courts and administrative agencies in almost all fifty states, as well as numerous countries outside of the US. As General Counsel & VP Compliance/Law Firm Relations, Brian oversees LegalBillReview.com’s legal and compliance issues and is the primary representative to all law firms with which LegalBillReview.com partners.

Sarah Wager has over 20 years of experience as a litigator focusing on legal matters involving complex commercial disputes, intellectual property, class actions, data privacy issues, commercial transactions, internal corporate disputes, shareholder derivative claims, real estate, employment and whistleblower cases. Before joining LegalBillReview.com Sarah was senior attorney at Dechert, Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, and McManis Faulker. As Assistant General Counsel & Director of Law Firm Relations, Sarah works with clients and their law firms to help ensure fair and transparent billing practices.
Jordan Rand, Esquire
Director of Law Firm Relations
Jordan Rand is a seasoned legal operations leader with more than 15 years of experience bridging law, compliance, and vendor governance to deliver measurable impact. Most recently, he managed Legal Operations and Vendor Compliance at Goldman Sachs, where he combined legal expertise with business acumen to optimize spend, mitigate risk, and guide the management of outside counsel.
Before moving into operations, Jordan practiced law at Jones Day, representing U.S. and international companies in investigations, securities and shareholder litigation, and complex civil and criminal matters. This foundation in corporate law and regulatory enforcement informs his ability to align legal strategy with operational efficiency.
Jordan earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas. Based in Frisco, Texas, he brings both strategic insight and practical execution to help organizations drive value and accountability in managing outside counsel.
Julia Principe Lane, Esquire
Director of Outside Counsel Spend Analysis
Julia oversees LegalBillReview.com’s team of licensed attorneys, applying a sophisticated quality control framework to ensure legal invoices are fully compliant with client Outside Counsel Guidelines. Her leadership helps minimize waste, drive consistency in enforcement, and promote fair billing practices across engagements. An attorney with over a decade of experience in the legal services industry, Julia brings a multidisciplinary background in taxation, transactions, litigation, and legal operations consulting. Her work is further informed by years of experience managing complex eDiscovery matters and litigation project teams for major corporate clients.
Before joining LegalBillReview.com, Julia built and led a Managed Invoice Review service for a global legal solutions provider, developing both the team and process from the ground up. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, graduating magna cum laude, and her J.D. cum laude from Northern Kentucky University. Julia is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.

Linda Yeh is an attorney and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience across the banking, financial services, and FinTech sectors. She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning legal, risk and compliance, operations, data analysis, and software implementation, with a demonstrated ability to streamline complex legal and business processes in both startup and enterprise environments.
Over the course of her career, Linda has advised organizations on matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financing and investments, complex transactions, and litigation. Earlier in her career, she practiced federal and commercial bankruptcy litigation and appellate work. Linda earned her B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D., with a concentration in business taxation, from Baylor Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Texas.

Clinton has worked on complex litigation matters across banking, finance, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, and previously served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Federal Public Defender’s Office. Jeff Adkins has over a decade of experience in legal work and professional consulting, specializing in contracts, compliance, and project management. Before LegalBillReview.com, Jeff led legal operations for consulting firm SIB Fixed Cost Reduction, handling contract negotiations with a diverse array of clients including major retailers, manufacturers, restaurant groups, universities, and real estate investment trusts. Jeff also served as a legislative director in the U.S. House of Representatives. As VP of Operations at LegalBillReview.com, he oversees analysis of legal bills from start to finish, managing data, supervising our team of analysts, and interfacing with clients and their law firms to identify and correct any excessive charges.
